has anyone tried PROBIO5 and CLEANSE from PLEXUS?

I've recently been diagnosed with CANDIDA overgrowth and it is difficult to treat.

Someone has told me about Probio5 and Cleanse from Plexus. Has any one here tried them do they work? This person is claiming that they will boost my immune system and clear the candida overgrowth. My immune system needs all the help it can get as I get sick all the time. This makes exercising really difficult

Can someone here help? Thanks

I took these products. I met a woman who also had fibromyalgia who had me take a spit test for candida. The results were that I did have an overgrowth. (I did not have any other real symptoms.) I did not find that they helped. Any of the products. In fact when I told the person I was dissatisfied she just recommended giving it longer and trying more products. I did poop more and spent a ton of money thinking I could get a refund if I did not like the products. Because I signed up as an "ambassador" so I could get the best pricing but then found out "ambassadors" don't get a refund. If you try it make sure you don't sign up so you can get a refund. Bottom line. I did not think it worked and was unhappy with the company policies as well. I think I would talk to a doctor. Best of luck to you.
  • Did the doctor who diagnosed you prescribe any anti-fungal meds? That should do the trick. Other than meds, get lots of rest, avoid sugars and maybe take a probiotic.

How were you diagnosed? By a doctor or someone selling the pills? The spit test is a scam and often used by people trying to sell supplements.

If you were diagnosed by a doctor, she could have prescribed meds that easily treat this problem.

eta: I just looked up Plexus and they are all about the spit test. Seriously, if you think you have a yeast overgrowth, go to a doctor.
  • Thank you!
  • I just got my results over the phone last week and I am going to see the specialist again in about two weeks time to get "treatment options"
  • I was diagnosed by a specialist using an allergy test. I also did the spit tests. The allergy tests showed that my white blood cells do not respond properly to candida. I am waiting to see the dr again before I can get meds. I hate taking meds I was hoping I could find a natural product.

    Thanks for your reply!

    This^^

If you have systemic candidiasis you should be in the hospital. Otherwise it's probably bunk.
See a real medical doctor .
  • I am seeing a specialist I'll wait and see what he says
