After 10 years of neglect and 'over' consumption of alcohol. Decided at age 50 to aim back for the body I had in my profile pic aged 40 - Bought bodylastics resistance bands/ chin-up bar/floor mat to set up a daily exercise progamme at home. Doing a BMR-500 cal diet using myfitnesspal daily - 6 small means/snacks per day.
Started 3rd July 2014 - 211lbs and 21% body fat
end this week: 194.2lbs and 13.2% body fat.
aiming for single figure body fat before increasing calories to maintenance level.
