Interval Training & Circuit Training?

Helllo guys i need some advice on this...
my plan is to lose fat and weight, actually i have a decent amount of muscle.
Im doing circuit training with kettlebells for 30 mins (30 seconds of work and 20 secs of rest and then repeat for 35 rounds) 4 times a week and on the other days (3 times a week) im doing interval training on the treadmill or eliptical machine for 30 mins (30 secs of work and 30 secs of rest)
what do you think guys? opinions please!

why not just do it and see if you like it or not and if it fits your fitness goals. keep in mind fat loss and weight loss are more a factor of how much you eat. the exercise is for fitness. i gained a lot of weight all while consistently working out 5-10 hours a week
i've changed my training sessions into something similar since i'm training for a spartan race that i want to hold my team back on.my goals are to increase my aerobic capacity and my lactic threshhold so i'm giving up the 5/3/1 workout and replacing those with circuits.
my circuits are 3 rounds of a superset followed by a half mile run and the weights i'm starting with are 50% of what my loads would have been for 5/3/1. there are 3 different circuits per workout. so for instance yesterday my circuits were
a. deadlifts + low cable row
b. burpees + pushups
c. thrusters +cable wood chops
and between those i hopped on the treadmill for a half mile walk/run0 -
