Are you doing a BEACHBODY program?

I'm doing Les mills combat and LOVE it. I think its my new favorite program! Anyone else doing a program now? It would be great to find some new fitness friends that are used to the same workouts as I am! Lets chat?

I just started doing Hip Hop Abs last week. I'm doing it along with weight training and cardio at the gym. I do it at home on non-gym days.

Hi!i'm starting over T25,i'm currently in the alpha phase,i've managed before to get to beta but i've slacked so..starting again!
i'm planning to do insanity after and then p90x!

Its a great exercise!burns calories, keeps you motivated because isnt too long, and you can see the results in time :)
  • I'm in the 4th week of Insanity. Its a love hate relationship. There are days I just don't feel like exercising, but I don't want to mess up my schedule so I keep going. For me it works to have a set schedule like that though because I will keep on track. I drip sweat through each workout and have seen my level of fitness rise. So far only 5lbs lost, but that's okay before I started I hadn't lost a pound in nearly 3 months. I keep hearing about the Les Mills workout. I will have to check it out after I'm done with Insanity. Not sure if I will do another round of that or something else? I am toning, but still softer than I'd like to be. I might have to change my goal weight depending on how my results are when I reach it. Maybe I have to add a weight routine to my workout?

    Are you drinking enough water?
If its not the reason, try add the weights after you can handle your body weight, then add extra.
Take it time, only consistency leads to results, with your handwork you will meet your goals.
I always try to tell myself this"don't strive for perfection, strive for improvement"
When i started i always felt like that, having days when i REALLY didnt wanna move at all..and sometimes felt kinda scared knowing what im about to put myself into, but its always worth it,and more hard to start again than to give up!
