I never though ''Im not eating enough'' would enter my head..spesh since being a porker my entire life...but as I work in the hospitals, it's hard enough getting enough time to take a loo break, never mind about food. Some days I can go 14 hours without a drop of water nor a little nibble...and alot of the time cant hit the 1000kcals!
Needing some advise and much needed help.

As a former ICU nurse, I can tell you that the ONLY way you are going to fix this (and your weight) is to FORCE yourself to eat and take breaks. I wasnt the best at this, but when I was good I would pack small bags of food and granola bars and would force myself to eat every 3 hours.
If you dont fuel your body -- its going to hold on to the calories it has!0 -
I have five kids 9 and under and fall into the same pattern! I end up eating late at night when everyone is asleep because of it...So I'm trying to have a little something at least every 3 hours now to see if that helps, like a Balance Bar, a banana with peanut butter...0

Your body is desperately storing calories as soon as you take them in, it's called starvation mode (I know, I've been through it). The lifestyle change means you should be eating small amounts every 2 or 3 hours. It's hard at first but you'll notice a big difference after a couple of weeks, your body will begin to burn the extra fat and you will be much less fatigued and your energy will be back.
Be careful with the not eating often enough, that's how type 2 diabetes is kick started! Carry an apple or banana with you!0 -
I agree with the replies so far. Maybe get some 100 calorie snack packs or dried fruit. Protein shakes are good too; they help repair your muscles and help hold off your hunger, or in your case, supply the calories you need.0

try eating smaller portions throughout the day..
it may take a little planning to make sure you are getting enough calories but you definitly dont want your body to go into starvation mode0 -

you should set your watch alarm to remind you to eat. I pack an igloo with everything I'm suppose to eat all day0
