    I'm looking for friends too! I don't run but I love yoga, aqua fit and walking. I ran a half marathon a few years ago but it's not for me anymore. Good luck with your journey.

    I used to run marathons for years. Loved it. Now my knees won't cooperate due to a meniscus tear. Never the same since surgery. I will be your friend. Is anyone trying low carb?

    Forgot to say I do run but not lately as I have a sprained knee that is almost healed and a hip flexor that I just don't rest properly. But I do love to run. I do a lot of stationary machines and HIIT.
