How do I get my sodium intake and sugar intake to show under my food diary? My carbs, fat, and protein shows...and what's a healthy amount for the sugar and sodium per day?

Go into your food diary and click on settings. From there you pick the catagorys you want to show up.0

go to food tab then settings and select the nutrients you want to track0

Under the my home tab, click settings, and then diary setting. It will let you customize it.

If you go to My Home > Settings > Diary Settings... you can change it so it shows your sodium and sugar. As far as a healthy amount I'm not sure. It usually has a set amount for sugar and sodium intake. Hope that helps.0
