Hi there :) I don't really understand how to use this site, I really REALLY really want to start losing some weight, seeing how I'm getting married in September :) I have never been one to really understand how to go about losing the weight. I don't know what foods to eat. I'm just not very health minded. I really would enjoy some support on here, some friends :) Thank you!

    Welcome to the community. The site is incredibly easy to use. Essentially, log what you eat and try to stay within your numbers. Ensuring portion control with what you eat is pretty important as well. I eat whatever I want, just not as much as I would have previously. I'm a weighing and measuring fiend. :) Track what you eat and make adjustments as you go.

    I'm no health nut by any means however, through tracking what I eat and staying within my daily caloric allotment I've seen great results in a short amount of time.
