Whenever I talk to any 'food lover' the usual response when I mention that I like 'Healthy Option' foods, is "I can't stand Salad, it doesn't fill me"... just general comments that aim towards foods being tasteless if they don't contain masses of unnecessary ingredients.
Whilst I appreciate that no food is 'unhealthy' if eaten in moderation, just about all mainstream foods can be made more macro friendly.

I love to cook and made new recipes... all the time!
Here are just a few of my recent ones :)

All reasonably Macro Friendly... I only use fresh and great ingredients (will happily provide recipes for anybody interested in any of them).

Post your favourite - Macro friendlified meals maybe? :)

Spicy Meatball Bolognese (about 600Kcal Serving)

Chilli dog (Homemade fresh Chilli con Carne in a wholemeal longbun) (about 800Kcal meal)

Those look delish…Im a foodie and health nut stuck in one body at once sometimes. Like I love salads. infact they can be high calories too. but a home made freshly cooked chicken salad with eggs all the veggies onions some cheese yes i don't care :) but i don't pile it on its got be just enough and some either home made olive oil dressing or creamy dressings- its still healthy and so frikken good and did i say healthy hehe but i gotta husband who loves his man food-we're going to a sports bar tomorrow to watch a game on espn (we don't have it) to watch his team and have dinner together. i can watch my macros and calories well enough and am active enough to not worry about once every other week going out. I eat non working out people food some times -alot and i can handle it. my metabolism is really nice and i just maintain my activities so i can enjoy those things. i do watch moderation when needed but i def. get what you mean though :)
