So one year ago I went on a vacation with my girl friends. Wow was I shocked when I saw pictures of myself. I guess I never saw my self in the mirror as I saw myself in the pictures from that weekend. This week was our annual trip down to Nascar Fan Fest and all I can say is Wow what a difference one year can make. I have lost 80 lbs (well was at 80 prior to vacation now back at 77) and have gone from a size 18 to a size 8.

    Its hard to imagine myself looking so drastically different after 12 months! But your pics are proof that with lots of exercise (respect to you lady) that its totally possible... well f*cking done!
