One year later

So one year ago I went on a vacation with my girl friends. Wow was I shocked when I saw pictures of myself. I guess I never saw my self in the mirror as I saw myself in the pictures from that weekend. This week was our annual trip down to Nascar Fan Fest and all I can say is Wow what a difference one year can make. I have lost 80 lbs (well was at 80 prior to vacation now back at 77) and have gone from a size 18 to a size 8.
