The other night I had severe sweet cravings, I drank extra lemon water and did some crocheting, something to keep my mind and hands busy, but if the cravings really won't go away I mix unsweetened cocoa powder with some honey and a couple of chocolate chips and it seems to do the trick, it is a small quick fix.0

DON'T DO IT!
At least that is what I have to tell myself. I am so black and white, and when I go over I tend to self-sabotage. I know that once I get a handle on things later I will be able to have the moderation but for right now I pass up those extra calories even though I want so much to give in. I have a long long long way to go so I don't know if you are in the same boat as me but seriously, I cant eat the cookie. not yet anyway0
