So far today my cardio is finished. I did one hour of dancing with Bill Blanks Jr. It was awesome! Now I just gotta stay under my calorie goal, which I know whill happen since I have quite a few left.0

I'm not starting today because I've totally messed up my sleeping pattern and need to get back into it. Sooo, I'm gonna do some bedtime yoga, drink some chamomile tea and try to get to bed at a decent time ^-^0 -

I would like to joing this group too. I have just joint up to MFP and am loving it. It really makes you think about your food and exercise when you have to write everything down. I will start the challenge today, although I have done 30 min exercise per day and stayed within my calorie limit too.
I will aim for 10 pounds.0 -

Okay Ive done 20 minutes on my elliptical before i felt like i was going to pass out I guess this is a shock to my body, since Ive never exercised regularly before. I plan to do the other 10 before bed, maybe even go up to 20!0
