burning calories while watching TV

I'd like to burn about 250 calories while watching TV tonight. I'll do some squats, but they don't burn many calories. Anyone have some ideas for fairly quiet exercises that'll burn calories quickly?

I hula hoop, use my mini trampoline or use my kettlebells when I'm watching tv and everyone else wants me to be quite0

try planks, not sure how many calories they burn but they are good for core and are hard!0

Won't burn too many calories, but might be a nice warm-up!0 -
I've used the stationary bike while watching tv (it isn't too loud), and that seems to work well, plus it passes the time fairly quickly.0

Thanks for all the great ideas everyone! I've done about half my calories worth of exercises with various ab exercises (yes, planks are hard!), some couch stretching, and some squat jumps. Back to it!0

If you can get a step or something solid you can step up and down on, you can do steps. I do my wii fit plus step with ankle weights and it goes by fast when you watch tv or a movie.0
