When you paste in the code you have to change where it says to lower case [ img ] at both ends of the code.

You can resize the photo on Photobucket if you want to make it smaller.

Just make the 'IMG' parts lowercase.

Wow its amazing how from 156 down to 139 made such a hug difference in your tummy area
