Junk Food or Booze?

Out of the two.

Which one would you say was the healthiest to binge on?

I am aware they both aren't healthy. Just curious as to who would pick what.

I would pick Junk food! I hate alcohol.

    I don't drink huge amounts of booze so I would pick that.

    Junk food is too big of a problem to let myself binge on.

    I would pick alcohol every time - that is what has made me put on so much weight over the years. Oh yes and when I have a few drinks, I want to eat more. So I guess one leads to the other - but not necessarily junk food, just food.

    I'd go for alcohol...I'm not a huge junk food eater (not that I'm a huge drinker either)..but if I was to go for one, it would be booze!

    Junk food definitely though! Who wants to drink empty calories when you can have a big ol' tub of Ben and Jerrys!? :drinker:

    I'd like to write I WOULD choose booze but this wouldnt be true I DO choose booze...... often then I make daft food choices after but not junk food, dont have it in or access to it - I live in the *kitten* end of nowhere no dial a pizza here!

    Booze. definatly! its the one thing i can not kick, i havent had chocalate in forever, i can say no to any food, but i can not say no to booze. then again i am 19, best thing is though danceing all night in your heals! i look at it like that! haha

    Junk food would be better for you. Alcohol slows down your fat burning mechanisms big time. It's a killer for weight loss.

    Booze is safer for me: I'm a light weight and can definitely stop at one. Junk food I have a higher tolerance for.

    Grapes! Eat a TON of Grapes. And occasionally a lite beer or mini snickers bar. :)

    I drink a glass of wine at least 5 times a week I'd say. If I try to horde my calories to get my booze on, say, 3 glasses, I do in fact get the munchies. Moderation is totally key.
