Lately I have been having chips ,candies and chocolate on regular basis but I don't eat the whole bag of chips or a bar of chocolate at once. I have small potions of them and make sure they fit into my calorie goal. .However, i feel like I am falling off the wagon and I feel like I am gaining weight even though the scale number is still the same. I am not sure if its just my mind playing tricks on me:sick:

Most people will say no.
I find it hard to hit my macros if I'm filling my calories with junk food.0 -
In terms of weight loss, no, as long as you remain under your calories. I have something frozen (ice cream, yogurt, gelato, fruit bar) nearly every night, but I make sure I get my nutrients first.0

I'm all about a daily treat, so long as I have room for it after I take care of the nutrients my body needs.0

If you want to eat these foods - Eat them!
As long as it works into your calories its fine!!!!
I try not to eat this stuff everyday, otherwise I could easily live off it hahahah!!!
I do have crisps, chocs, sweets etc..... I think if you cut these things out completely, you could binge on them.0 -

What does the rest of your diet look like.? Hows your weight?how much exercise do you do?
Eating chips ,candies and chocolate on regular basis will ultimately become a negative as you get older and you start eating more and more of these calorie rich nutrient poor products0 -

If it stops you from hearing satiated, getting in the adequate nutrition and staying with in your caloric goal then yes its bad.
Pretty much this. If you can still hit your other goals (protein especially) and still incorporate those into your diet, then many will find it beneficial to help them keep their course and stay in a deficit. If you do it, you just have to be careful with your other foods to get nutrient dense items that will keep you full.
The bigger question is, since you mentioned you might not be losing, what are your stats (height, weight age), what is your workout routine and do you use a food scale?0 -

There is no mention of eating more of them, and assuming that when a person gets older they will eat more of them is just that, and assumption.
To the OP, as long as the majority of your food is not these treats, and you stay within your calorie goal and your macro nutrient (protein, fat, carbs) goal, they will not hurt your health or progress. The only exception to that would be if you have some sort of disease that would require you not to eat them.0 -

I have my treats, pretty much daily, but I have all my other foods first. Once I know i've hit all my macros first, then I have those treats, and still hit all calories goals.0
