How do I change the macro percentages?

I want to use MFP but I'm struggling to see how to alter the amounts of Protein, Carb and Fat that have been calculated for me. I have read through the PDF on getting started, and I found the piece on editing your fitness goals, but I want to alter the food goals. I am low carbing and I don't like being told to eat 186 grams of carb per day! lol
Can this be done? Please, anyone??

Yes, it can, very simply.
My Home - Goals - change goals - custom.
This will allow you to set the percentages of carbs/ protein and fat.0 -
Go to home
click on goals
click change goals
click on custom
and change to whatever you want :-)0 -
AAAH! Many thanks to both of you!! NOW I see :-)
I thought there must be a way to do it but I just didn't *see* that custom option till you two pointed it out. Thanks again!
I am starting LCHF tomorrow..... All set to go and keen as mustard! Got a lot to lose, too..... Must do one of those ticker thingies :-)
