Anyone have a recipe for a good Thai Peanut Sauce?

Peanut sauce is actually really, really easy.

It's basically smooth peanut butter, ginger, soy, red pepper flakes (or preferably pepper sauce or sriracha), warm water, and sometimes garlic.0 -
I just made the most delicious thai peanut chicken last night...sauteed chicken with basil leaves. Then used pan scrapings for sauce...added chicken broth, PB2, some sweet chili sauce, a touch of agave nectar, salt and pepper, and hot peppers. Delicious!0

This is the closest recipe I've found to restaurant style pad thai, and I love it...

Thanks everyone! I plan to check out all the recipes and determine which one (or ones) I will make as the alternative to bottled.0

I have used this one below many times.

The exact amount I personally use for 1 person are:
30g Peanut Butter
2TB Soy Sauce
2g brown sugar
8g crushed garlic
Add water to taste and consistency. It comes out to 206 cals but may be a bit different depending on what brands you use.0 -
From Oh She Glows: http://ohsheglows.com/2013/07/01/rad-rainbow-raw-pad-thai/
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup raw almond butter (I actually do half PB2 or Protein Plus Peanut Flour and half almond or peanut butter)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari
2 tablespoons water (1-2 tablespoonds extra if you do the peanut flour like I do)
2.5 teaspoons pure maple syrup (or other sweetener)
1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Super yummy. The recipe for the raw pad thai is amazing as well.0 -
Emily Bites has a fantastic one using PB2.

This is my favorite because it is quick, flavorful, and low in calories so I can eat it in large quantities without fear. http://www.mymotherssecrets.com/thai-peanut-sauce.html0
