I just joined... TODAY!!
I recently moved and I did not take my bathroom scale with me, so I'm not sure how much I weigh now. In the past, I was a REGULAR at the gym and did GREAT! Since my move, I've gotten out of the habit. I have an exercise bike and a Pilates machine... but I don't use them. I've found that motivation is a bit of a weak point for me, but COMMITMENT is even more of a challenge. And, that's why I decided to join today, Tuesday, January 25, 2011!

    Hello and welcome!! If you can get out and go to a class that you enjoy that might get you going. You will be around people and the instructor will motivate you. For me I don't work out to my potential at home. I need to get out and do much better. Just a thought. Good luck to you. You can do it!!
