jus joined mfp...before i would jus workout and eat what i wanted.. now im starting to try an keep track of everything and see what works, i still have alot to go...lookin to mainly shred some fat and tone up...

I recently became a beachbody coach and use Shakeology. It has really helped me lean up because it is all natural and gives me a lot of nutrition and has a positive effect on my cravings for the day. MFP is a great way to log calories.0

I hear ya... I just rejoined too, last time I had good results but things got hectic, had kids and have been getting back to exercise, but it's a lot of ups and downs. I have some health considerations to give me extra motivation (reflux, staying out of the diabetes zone)
