Hi there
I am 68 kg (150lb) and want to loose 10kg (22lb). I am 5'1.
I have lost weight before but can't keep it off and I find it hard to loose the last 5kg (10lb).
If you have any tips that would be helpful.
Thanks

Well, I"m also 5'1" and started at 136. I've been between 102-105 for the past two years. I've done it by staying at my calorie level and continuing to log through maintenance. Logging keeps me from going into denial and gradually slipping back into old patterns.0

I found that when I had just 10lbs to lose it came down to nutrition for me. If you are true to yourself and strict with your logging you should be able to lose the 10lbs in no time.0

Read, read, and read again the stickies at the beginning of this forum. Then read this:

Be honest with yourself about food intake and exercise, be patient and commit to changing your habits permenantly rather than thinking of it as a diet.0

Just the tips?<----Sorry, I couldn't resist! The last 10 pounds are the most difficult ones to lose. Your daily calorie allowance is lower and your body has grown accustomed to your workouts and activity level. Just stick with it, be patient and you will get there. I am in the same boat. 7 pounds to go and I have plateaued.0
