    Right. At some point it stops being a grilled cheese and just becomes a griddled sandwich. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

    What is grilled cheese to me is not grilled cheese to everyone. That's how I grew up eatin' it! ;] But I guess if people like they can call it a fancy grilled cheese! :laugh:

    Not a fan of the standard with American slices, but with some really good cheese, I could be interested. If I want straight cheese, though, I usually go for a corn tortilla or corn chips instead of bread.
