I never realized how many recipes contained milk products until I started looking for ones without it. My son is very lactose intolerant and although lactaid may help it doesn't always and I don't want him to become dependent on it. I just tried doing a search for recipes for dinner that use spinach but no milk products, that is one tall order, there isn't much out there.
I like taste of home's website because I can exclude items, I wish I could with spark, I prefer spark because it already has the nutritional info in there and I can save the recipes into different categories (recipe books)

Have you tried almond milk or soy milk?0

yes he drinks almond milk. and I use it in place of recipes that call for milk, but most call for cheese, or cream of soups0
