So Soya protein

I just discovered a protein called So Soya from the bulk barn.. i tried it yesterday and it actually doesn't taste bad at all.

For 34g you get 100cal, 6g of fiber, 0.3 Fat and 18g of protein.

It can be mixed with any food you are cooking!

I think i just found my fav protein supplement. :love:

    Awesome! Thanks for sharing, because I need to find a soy protein supplement (the whey protein supps are made from animal protein and i'm a veg)...so thanks a million for the top!

    Did you mean Bulk Barn? I assume so...I'll phone the one in town and see if they have it. THANKS!
