Well, Saturday will see me hit my one year mark on my weight loss journey
I have had ups and downs, convinced myself I will fail and convinced myself that I can do it!
I have gone from 224lbs to 145lbs. My new goal weight is 133lbs but I am in no rush to get to it. Thankyou everybody for all of your motivation and I hope you all hit your goals!
