How low carb are you doing? Fruits have quite a few carbs, so you may wanna watch that.0

i dont know why but you saying "get off the whey" made me laugh really hard. like whey protein is some sort of hard medication for an outstanding condition. i can visualize my grandpa hobbling down the hallway screaming for his whey because his gout is acting up
anyway yea, your fine. keep it up0 -
lmao alright thanks0

keeping it less than 80 grams per day ,0

The protein shake itself isn't going to make you gain weight. It's your caloric intake versus caloric expenditure. If the shake brings you over your maintenance calorie level, than it will make you gain weight.
The point of having protein is to help restore, build and maintain muscle so having a protein shake isn't necessarily a bad thing.
If you've come across a plateau, I would recommend changing things up with your workout or maybe start cycling in more carbs to increase your energy levels during the workout and start lifting heavier weights, if you are lifting weights.
Just my two cents, not a dietician or anything, just an informed enthusiast.0 -
That all looks just fine to me with the exception of the orange juice which has a lot of carbs. You'd be better off switching to V8 or a vegetable juice which, while still a bit high in carbs, has about half the amount of orange juice.0

I think its a higher that normal carb intake as well. I also noticed very few veggies. Iceburg lettuce is just solidified water in my book -- very little nutritional value. Heft up your lunch or one of your breaks with a spinach or spring mix salad. I usually put almonds or fruit in my salad to make it more interesting.0

Don't make it so hard.

It sounds yummy! I am not a locarber; but flirting with the theory. Your example seems to have more carbs; but mostly less fat than the impression that I was under. Maybe check out some locarb or keto groups? They can help you better than I. oh, yeah. Meant to say just search lo carb under groups!0

I appreciate all the help thanks0

I would swap out the cup of orange juice for actual food. As long as you have energy for your day and you feel good, it's fine.0

Just teasing you!
Read the links provided a few posts up. They are chock full of great info.0 -
