Hi all! I'm Lisa. 28. Like many of you my weight has fluctuated throughout the years, it has varied as an adult from 11 stone when I was in a very active job with horses, to 18 stone 10 lbs at my biggest. I am currently at 16 stone 10 lbs, and keep losing and gaining the same two stone over and over!! so frustrating! I know what works! I just need to do it for longer!!! this time I am determined to get to my goal and stay there!! help in the form of friends most welcome!!! please feel free to add me for support happily given and gratefully received :)
please note I am currently focusing on kcal deficit only, not exercise. so if fitness is your thing I might not be much help!

Hey Lisa. I can relate. I do great at following a program as long as I can keep a routine going, but as soon as I break the routine (injury, vacation, whatever) I have a really hard time getting back on. We'll have to encourage each other. Just remember that taking this first step and giving it a fresh start is a good thing, and you should feel good for moving in the right direction now.

I am exactly the same! I had a knee injury which resulted in a 20lbs re gain, then I lost it, a heart break which resulted in a 20lb gain, then lost it, house move resulted in a gain, lost it... when all is well and in a good routine I'm okay but like you I'm easily knocked off track and then find it very hard to get motivated again!
