Reached my original goal..

Just stepped on the scales this morning and realised I've reached my original goal weight of 80kg! (I'm 5'9"), started off at 90kg in May.. My work trousers that were an inch or more off buttoning up are too loose to wear without a belt now!.
Still classed as overweight on the BMI chart and I still have a bit of a belly so I'll carry on for a while longer, 75kg is the top of the BMI chart for healthy so I may try to get there.
First month was hard going but now I've got used to portion control it's just a normal way of life now. Will have to keep on top of maintainence and weigh once a week to keep from slipping back into to the old ways.
For anybody just starting, keep at it and it gets a lot easier the longer you go!.

Cheers all!, I'm going for another 5 kilos then getting my head around maintaining. Averaging a one and a half pound loss per week so in theory I'll have to eat these calories back on top of my current diet?. Will start slow and keep an eye on the scale!.0
