Newbie needing motivation

Been using MFP on my phone for the last month and need more motivation to lose weight. Lost 1KG (& only 1% body fat!) over the past 8-9 weeks I have been going to the gym and eating "cleaner".

It is not as if I am obese - 6' tall, 14st (90kg), 34" waist, 44" chest, 22.2% body fat - but I suffer from MS and in constant chronic pain which limits my cardio to elliptical x-trainer, walking on treadmill or using exercise bike (which I hate).

The wife said she would prefer me to have a "super hero" physique (either Hugh Jackman as Wolverine or Stephen Amell as Arrow - hence the username/avatar) which is mainly for motivation purposes as I know that she doesn't care what I look like (so she says!).

I do a daily diary with both food & exercises, and if you do the same and are looking for motivation back, then please feel free to add me as a friend.

    Hiya,
    I just joined recently.
    I have managed to loose a stone on my own before but have now started using this app big time this week and also going all out with the gym and swimming.
    I f you have ME maybe swimming would be a good one too :)
