Advice/ motivation?

I have 9 lbs of fat to lose but want to gain 5 back in muscle... I workout everyday: cardio 4 days a week (10 minute 2-4 elliptical miles) and upper body MWF lower body other days and Sunday is my rest day. I eat very clean, veggies, fruits, organic, and grilled chicken, I also mix in Raw Fusion protein powder every couple days to my diet. I am 5'6" 138 lbs and athletic body type. How long should it take to reach my goal? Given I never eat more than 1600 calories a day (I had one cheat day in the past 3 weeks) THANK YOU!
