Make some coffee ice cubes. Regular ice cubes sometimes dilutes the coffee flavor.

I will whip one of those bad boys up and report. But it will be Friday. Cause that is my day off and I want it on that day.

With all the autumn decor going up ive been craving pumpkin lately. I made a homemade pumpkin spice latte the other night, it would work in frapp form too :)

    One cup coffee
Half cup vanilla almond milk - 15 cals
Quarter cup libbys pure pumpkin - 20 cals
Whatever sweetener you prefer (I use splenda)
Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice - 6 cals
    Dash pure vanilla extract
Ice or frozen coffee cubes and blend
Top with lite whip cream (typically 20 cals per 2 tablespoons)

Optional would be to blend it with some pumpkin coffee creamer (regular or sugarfree). I think the regular one is 35 cals, sugarfree 15 cals.
