Hi i'm new to myfitnesspal

Thought i'd say hi to everyone. Would be nice to share ideas of recipes, exercises and just general tips in making this thing work once and for all.

Its good to be a part of a group and to motivate each other. :smile: :smile: :smile:

I am loving the website and iphone app and i've already got 4 friends to join too this week.

    New to this site as well and I love it. I can't stay off it. It is easy to keep track of everything and make revisions. I like to enter my food diary for the day first thing in the morning and then I can tweak where necessary. I too have invited friends to join and really looking forward to getting in shape together.
