Im new to this fitnesspal, i found it on my droid and it looks really interesting, at the beginning of last year i weighed an astonishing 285lb, I got in the gym and ran my butt off and dropped down to 245, but because of the holiday food i gained 10lbs, My goal is to get too 225. Well i guess this is my introduction to the My Fitness Pal, I will keep accurate records of my exercise and food intake and hopefully will be down to 225 before summer gets here.
