Activity Level & Logging Exercises

I've been creating a deficit for the last 6 weeks to shed some fat and have made some very good progress. I've started working out now about 3 times a week. After changing my activity level to slightly active, MFP increased my calorie goal from 1500 to 1800.
When I go for a run or bike ride, should I log those exercises? Reason I ask is because that allows me even more calories to eat. I was under the assumption that the 1800 included my new increase in activity.

your activity level is baseline daily activity without logged exercise.
If you changed your activity level to cover exercise then don't log it as well, as that would be double accounting.0 -
Or log them but don't count the kcals0

or get a bodymedia band and don't worry about the rest!0

I log my fitness activities but I do not eat back the calories that I burned, but it does give me some room if I want to eat a treat or something, knowing that I have the extra calories in the bank. (don't feel bad when I want to have a treat)0
