What workout plan you follow for weight loss

Please suggest me the best work plan you follow for weight loss.

    The one that motivates you to get off your butt. It does not have to start as a plan, go roller blading, ride a bike, do anything just get active. The key is to find things you enjoy, those are the best programs.

    There are a lot of really good ones out there but I like P90X[23]. It's a bit expensive but it's what I enjoy and look forward to each morning.

    Just my two cents worth.

    Working out is for fitness. Eating below your TDEE is for weight loss.

    I enjoy mindless cardio as well as strength training.

    When I first began I made sure I had a personal trainer and was accountable to show up to the gym three days a week. Now, I run, ride my bike, swim, attend weight lifting classes twice a week and do just about anything active I can do. I watch what I eat and that is the main component of my weight loss. I enjoy being active so it isn't as hard any more. I began my journey to a healthier life about a year and a half ago.
    I agree that signing up for an event and training for it is also helpful.

    I don't follow a workout plan for weightloss. I eat at a calorie deficit for weightloss my exercise helps with that deficit but that's not it's purpose, Find exercise find something you enjoy so will keep doing and it will help you hit your health and exercise goals

    I count calories and I lift things up and put them down.
