The one that motivates you to get off your butt. It does not have to start as a plan, go roller blading, ride a bike, do anything just get active. The key is to find things you enjoy, those are the best programs.0

There are a lot of really good ones out there but I like P90X[23]. It's a bit expensive but it's what I enjoy and look forward to each morning.

Working out is for fitness. Eating below your TDEE is for weight loss.
I enjoy mindless cardio as well as strength training.0 -
When I first began I made sure I had a personal trainer and was accountable to show up to the gym three days a week. Now, I run, ride my bike, swim, attend weight lifting classes twice a week and do just about anything active I can do. I watch what I eat and that is the main component of my weight loss. I enjoy being active so it isn't as hard any more. I began my journey to a healthier life about a year and a half ago.
I agree that signing up for an event and training for it is also helpful.0 -
