My friend just introduced me to this sight and from what I can see so far, it looks awesome! I guess now I just need some friends for mutual motivation. I am open to any tips or advice that you guys who have been on the sight for awhile are willing to share!

    Just stick with it. Gather yourself a fan club, including your friend. Download the app to your mobile device. and think before you eat! Look up your calories first before you take a bite. You might just change your mind. Especially if something small cost you a whole bunch of calories. Is it really worth it? Track your exercise and think to yourself how long will I have to work out to burn this back off? WOW! It will amaze you.

    That is AWESOME advice!!!!! Especially about the part of looking before you take a bite. I looked up my meal that I had at Outback Steakhouse Saturday and it was down right shameful! LOL....but when you know better, you do better! Thanks so much
