Not an expert, but I would it would depend on your body composition. Generally though, I'd think waist and thighs would be the most obvious places.
I just weigh every day, recording the losses and shrugging off the gains unless they continue day-after-day. New research suggests weighing daily helps lead to successful and sustained weight loss, for what that's worth.0 -
To get the most accurate measuremnts and the best data to track trends I recommend measuring yourself the same day and as close to the same time each week.
I take my measurements every thursday evening after work, and BEFORE my workout (because your muscles will swell and throw off your numbers)
I measure my calf, thigh (4" above the knee), butt, tummy, waist, bust, and bicep.0
