Exercising with crutches

Hello MFP community,

I'm looking for a few exercise ideas that I can do at home while I'm in crutches. I recently tore the ligaments in my foot in a jogging mishap (hit from behind by a biker) and I'm no longer able to do my normal cardio routines. I've been advised to not put any weight on my leg for 8-12 days at the minimum. (being reassessed every 2 weeks as I've torn the ligaments on multiple occasions)

Are there any exercises that would be possible without the need to purchase new equipment? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
