Eliptical Trainer
hate it with a passion, much rather run!
Also side planks. Regular plank no problem, side I just can't hold myself up!0 -

Lunges! Can't seem to get my form right and my back leg always wants to wobble all over the place. Oh and any exercise that forces me to balance on one foot, I'm that one person who is always falling over. Hahahaha. :laugh:

Basketball drills from Insanity - hated them with a passion!
Also steady state cardio - so boring, especially running.0 -
Bear crawl and crab walk.

Push ups, definitely! I'm significantly better than I was when I started attempting, but still can't do more than a couple. :laugh:
I *hides* hate rowing too, though. I really like the idea of the rowing machine at the gym, but the movement makes me feel nauseous for some reason.0 -

Planks. I can't do them right and have no clue what I'm doing wrong and I can't really afford a PT to work on my form. I've watched so many videos on proper form, I've just given up. Something about how I do them causes back pain.
I can't do pull ups, either, but as much as I should care, I don't. Leg exercises are my next worst exercise because I feel like crying for 3 days after doing them >.<0 -
Running. I just can't do it, my knees and hips hurt and even though I'm reasonably fit and healthy I get out of breath after about 10 seconds. I also find it really dull, I look stupid trying, plus I get travel sick if I run on a treadmill (I know, it's hilariously ridiculous!).
Now swimming I can do and enjoy - 50 lengths almost non-stop, no problem!0 -
Russian twists. It's one of my trainer's favorite exercises, but I can't stand them. Bear crawls is a close second.0

Elliptical trainer - boring as anything and I feel like a hamster on a wheel. I only do it becuase my knees don't like running every day, otherwise I'd be out pounding the pavements with a smile on my face and my head in a happy place!0

I like all my exercises. If I did not like them I would pick an alternative to whatever it is.0

Lunges, Because I have mental bunions and my toes don't bend without pain anymore Hell practically anything like planks or push ups that require me to lever my toe and put weight on it hurt like hell. Do them anyway. But don't like it.0
