Highest/Lowest adult weight?

6'1 highest 254, lowest 163 (high school), averaged 175 until my mid thirties then it just started adding up. Current 216. Goal I am happy with 210, I just want the bf% down so that my abs actually start to come out.0

I am 5'3", my highest was 186 lbs right after giving birth to my 3rd child and my lowest was 105 lbs during college. Current weight is 149 lbs.0

6'0", my highest was January this year when I was 305lbs, lowest was about 20 years ago when I was 160lbs, I reached my goal weight of 196lbs last Sunday

When I graduated high school (I consider that the adult cutoff), I weighed 159 and I never remember being below 155 in high school. I never would have thought I could get back to high school weight (much less below it), but healthy eating and working out does wonders even 15 years after high school.0 -
Lowest was 135 at 22 and highest 302. Sad right? I trying once agina to lose weight and keep it off. I always the gain weight back! Sadly I weighed 240 last year in May and this year put on 60 lbs. I was dx with a thyroid condition and I am now on synthroid.0

after 3rd child - 200+lbs (don't know my exact number, wouldn't go on the scale for a long time once I saw that 200lbs mark)
28 yrs - 182 lbs (when I started weight watchers)
28 yrs - 132 lbs (7 months after weight watchers)
29 to 36 yrs - stayed between 132 lbs and 141 lbs (7 yrs of maintenance, YA!!!)
Current (36 yrs, almost 37 yrs) - 124.2 lbs (started running again this summer and lost a couple lbs, been maintaining lower weight for 4 months now)
Goal Weight - Don't have one really, as long and I'm within my healthy BMI and my clothes fit and I'm fit, then I'm happy0 -

At 5'6, lowest was 155 from age 19-21. Highest was 242 which I hit December 2013. Currently at 217 and am 26 yrs old. I've been over 200 lbs for 3 years. Can't wait to hit 199.0

LW = 118 in 1984 (after Basic Training), 120 in 2010

I'm 6'0" tall. My lowest adult weight was when I graduated basic training, I weighed 162lbs. My heaviest was about 6 years ago, I weighed 314 lbs. I'm currently at 278.0

I'm 5'1, 31 yrs old and now weigh 146ish lbs.
Heaviest was less than 6 months ago at 152 lbs.
When I was a teenager around 18 I was VERY active but I ate like a frat boy- 105 lbs
I'd like to be a comfortable 115-120ish lbs. But honestly, I just want to be proportionate, toned and healthy no matter what number the scale is showing.0 -
