Bed Time Snackies?

Hey all!
So I eat the whole 6 meals a day every 2-3 hours and it is recommened by my trainer to eat about 30 min before going to bed.
( I am trying to lose fat and GAIN muscle)
Then he said something about avoiding catabolism xD
so my question is what can i eat before bed time? I am assuming something high in protien or fat so that it breaks down slower correct?
so like cheese, yougurt, whey, almonds, or soy milk be a good idea?

Yes to all of your list, you can also do meat, eggs, milk, protein shake, etc.0

Yup you've got it. I like to eat a cup of 2% cottage cheese as a night snack.0

Look into Casein as well, you can mix it with protein or you can get protein with it already in it. It absorbs very slowly, so your muscles are constantly feeding off of it throughout the night0
