I had about a 3oz can of tuna fish in water w/crackers, relish, and mayo in this kit and when I looked on the back for the calorie intake, it says 80 calories! This just doesn't sound right. I looked everywhere for seperate calorie totals for mayo and crackers and there was none! Does this actually sound right? I can't find it in the database either!

  • Yes...you can assume that the calculations are correct. Remember, everything is measured for you. So enjoy it! Just watch out for the sodium content though. Also, you would have more calories if you started to add your own ingredients. Good luck on your weight loss journey!!!

Is there a serving size or a "servings per container"? Most nutritional info is per serving on packages. You have to look for the # of servings per pack. If it's 1, then you just had a great snack for 80 calories.

The kits are yucky. You can sub. the mayo for honey mustard its really good

And 3oz has 90cals. and 0.75g of fat. thats if its starkist chunk light tuna in water(package). And the honey mustard for 3tsp. only has 30 cals. and no fat.

The cans of tuna I get are all 60 or 70 cal for 2oz of tuna. So that 80 cal definitely sounds like just the tuna to me. No way you also had crackers and mayo all for 80 calories. Were the items in individual packets in the kit? Maybe they're all labeled separately.
