Having a Blast Creating New Recipes

I have been using MFP for 3 weeks now, and I must say, I am having a blast using the recipe creator. I have come up with some unique recipes that I so enjoy.
I always keep in the fridge what I call my "salad/soup/saute" mix. It is nothing more than chopped nappa cabbage, boy choi, some chopped green onion, chopped endive (when I can get it) and bean sprouts. Two cups only equal 30 or so calories. I can boil some up and add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and I have the best soup ever as my hunger snack.
I often sauté in a little salt free chicken broth, use what ever seasoning strikes me (5 spice, garlic, a dash or soy, etc) cool, then stuff green/red/yellow peppers. Sometime I add in some broccoli florets to the mix. The possibilities are endless and I never get tire of eating this mix. Sometimes I throw in some shirataki noodles, shrimp and baby scallops to the sauté. Don't even get me started on string beans and mushrooms.....
So far I have lost 19 pounds. Only 55 more to go.
