I didn't realize what a difference just a few lbs make in one's appearance until I compared some pictures of myself from just a few months ago with some from last week. Wow...wish i could figure out how to post them here..:noway:

    Good job. Just upload them to tinypic.com get the address for img code for forums and message boards. Past it here.
    Also make sure both IMG are changed to lower case img so "[IMG]http://i57.tinypic .com/waslxt.jpg[/IMG]" looks like "[im g]http://i57.tinypi c.com/waslxt.jpg[/im g]" ( without the quotation marks and spaces)
