Pear parsley is my new fave smoothie!

had to detox my gallbladder, required consuming a lot of apples and pears and beets... made both a pear-parsley smoothie, and a pear parsley almond smoothie and they are both so delicious and refreshing! I use cilantro as an alternate to parsley sometimes, as it's a great anti-allergy food and heavy-metal chelator detox agent. parsley is on top of list of high chlorophyll foods too, and is a natural breath freshener.

Pear and parsnip juice is delightful! One of my favourites, I also like beetroot juiced.
