Hi everyone,
I have been working out for 3 months now, went from no activity and started with a home workout DVD 3 times a week and am now up to 5 times a week.
I started off with Davina DVDs which have mixtures of cardio and strength training, then did 30DS and quickly gained 5lbs. I was devastated as it stayed on and then I gained a further 2lbs meaning I had gained 7lbs in two months.
Was feeling pretty rubbish but carried on regardless, after two months of commitment, noone commented on me looking any slimmer. Then after two and a half months, the 7lbs just dropped off in 2 weeks.
I now weigh the same as I did 3 months ago (I haven't been dieting) which may seem like I haven't achieved anything but I am now finally seeing the change in the mirror and have lost inches off my tummy and waist and now people are commenting that I have lost weight!
So if you start exercise and see no results or gain weight, do no not give up or lose heart, I am proof that it can take as much as 3 months to see a difference but I can tell you that when you do it will all be worth it!

Excellent work! Yes, it can be hard not to focus on the number on the scale, but it really isn't just about that number, is it? Good reminder.0

Sounds like a simple case of your routine was bulk, then cut. It is effective, as is cutting, then bulking. Both ways skin the cat - so to speak.0
