Hi everyone,
My name's Lauren and I've joined MFP for a bit of a dramatic weightloss as due to medical reasons I've been told to lose a drastic amount of weight. I'm 5ft7 and weight in at a whopping16 stone 7ibs (after a week of weightloss).
This has probably been my favourite way to diet so far as it makes it all so easy and after a week I've lost 7ibs (woohoo) although I'm not fooling myself into thinking it was all me but I have lost a lot of water weight and massively reduced bloating that I was experiencing as well as my clothes not being so tight (I can wear jeans again people).
My end goal is to be 12.5 stone which is still considered overweight for my height but my doctor agreed that due to my build it's probably unlikely that I'll ever get to what is considered the correct weight for my height.
I've tried lots of diets before and have succeeded very well but my problem is keeping the weight off - I think using MFP may be the key to me losing weight as I can really see what I'm eating rather than guessing.
Hope you all have an absolutely lovely day.
Lauren

Hi Lauren & also Timelordlady8! I'm also similar height and weight, just reactived my account after being off for head surgery. I'm back and ready to start up again and destroy my targets!
Let's smash this altogether
