Weight loss plateu

So since last year, I have been in the process of changing my diet and improving my health. Last year I weighed 166lbs. I stopped drinking, stopped taking drugs and got sober, and by 4 months sober, I weighed 148lbs. From January 2014 until now my weight has not budged. I drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruits and veggies,I exercise anywhere from at least once to as much as 5 times a week. I've tried calorie counting, personal training, vitamins/supplements, and my weight has not budged. I've even given up consuming any foods containing wheat/grains(minus the sprouted grains in my raw foods smoothie mix). I have not been perfect, but I have significantly committed to this diet change. It has been a month and no weight loss. I am 5'7" and weight 145lbs today. I want to loose 15lbs and fit into a size 4.
If anybody has any suggestions I would highly highly appreciate it because I am incredibly frustrated and do not know what else to try.

Calorie counting via weighing your food. If you aren't losing weight, you are eating too much, moving too little, or any combination of the two. That's pretty much all there is to it. It doesn't matter what kind of food you eat (as long as you are getting adequate vitamins and minerals, and I do believe in consuming enough protein).

Hopefully someone will link you to the article about "Your guide to sexypants". I thought it was in one of the stickies but I don't see it.

This site is very heavily biased toward calorie counting (and most of us think this is rightfully so). You aren't going to have many people here telling you to fly by the seat of your pants. The advice on this website is: get a food scale, use it, log your food, lose weight and profit.

You need to weigh and measure to count calories. Calorie deficit = weight loss.
