Hey am new to this but would love some help/advice. Does anyone know why my weight can fluctuate each week, I can gain between 4-6lbs but don't know why, I still eat healthy and am always in the gym??! X

If your weight is changing that much within a week I would bet it is a fluid retention issue. Be sure to drink plenty of water through the day and reduce sodium rich foods and drink. Monitor your weight but know that a true gain or loss in body mass is due to many factors of intake and expenditures. Don't freak out over fluctuations. Pick one day a week to log weight and make positive choices in the long haul.0

Mine fluctuates but not that much. All I would suggest is watch your sodium and drink a lot of water. And weigh yourself at the same time everday. In the morning right after you wake up and go to the bathroom. I weigh like 3 to 5 lbs heavier in the afternoon.0

Hi ....I'm new too!....but I have heard that it helps to take your weight just one day a week....and keep track of your inches also and compare it to your actual weight..Hope that helps!0
